Delivery:
Purchased items will be ready and shipped within 2-5 working days at the latest. Shipments are not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time will be extended. The provider will notify the customer by phone or e-mail.
The provider prepares and sends the item or prepares it for personal pickup within the agreed deadline. In the case of personal pickup, the provider will notify the customer by e-mail when the items are ready for pickup.
(In case the buyer decides to cancel the order in time, he must immediately inform the seller on the telephone number 01 834 15 23 (the price of the call to the number is charged according to the standard tariff of the telephone call provider) or by e-mail to prodaja@pleteninespenko.si. If it happens that the order has already been shipped, the user rejects the shipment to the delivery service. If, in the case of personal collection, the user does not pick up the goods within 14 days of notification that the goods are ready for collection, the buyer is considered to have canceled the order.
The contractual partners for the delivery of shipments are Pošta Slovenije and GLS , which provide their services in accordance with their general terms and conditions.
Delivery is possible in Slovenia and the EU. Delivery in the EU is possible via GLS and payment of postage for EU in the amount of 6,90 EUR.
(In case that the customer who paid for items in advance is not at home when the shipment is delivered, the delivery service will leave a notice in the mailbox about the postal package and how it can be picked up.)

If you want to receive the package in the shortest possible time, we can offer you to receive the package within two working days at the latest with an additional cost according to the price list of Hitra Pošta Slovenije.
